Here are some examples of cases we have helped resolve:

July 2013: Mike and Laura* were going through some difficult financial and personal circumstances in 2005. Afraid that they were going to owe the IRS money, they decided not to file their Income Taxes. While their personal situation improved over the following years, Mike and Laura* were afraid to file tax returns because they thought that they would owe significant amounts of money. They lived with the stress and fear until June of 2013 when their fears became reality. The IRS contacted them, informed them that they owed more than $30,000 (With Penalties and Interest), and the IRS began levying Mike's paycheck.

When Mike and Laura* came to us, the IRS was taking more than 80% of his paycheck, leaving him $150 a week with which to feed his family, put gas in his car, and pay his mortgage. Lewis and his team of tax professionals immediately jumped in to action. We made contact with the IRS and began gathering documents and preparing our case. Within 10 days, we had their wage levy released and we reduced their liability from more than $30,000 to less than $4,000.
